Elderberry lemonade for warm afternoons
A spritz of our berry sirup, fresh lemon, cold sparkling water. The drink that lives in the fridge from May through August in our Vienna kitchen.
Ingredients
- 60 mlElderberry Sirup Klassik
- 500 mlchilled sparkling water
- 1 organiclemon, half juiced and half sliced
- Plenty of ice
- A handful of fresh lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis)
Method

1. Divide the sirup between two tall glasses.

2. Add the juice of half a lemon to each glass.

3. Fill with ice, then top up with sparkling water.

4. Tuck in lemon slices and a few lemon balm leaves. Stir once and serve.
