Shipping Policy

Overview

This Shipping Policy describes where we ship, what shipping costs, and how long delivery typically takes. The customer facing summary lives at /shipping. The binding contract language lives at /legal/terms.

Shipping zones, costs, and delivery times

Austria. Free standard shipping for orders over €30. Standard delivery: 3 to 5 business days.

European Union. Free standard shipping for orders over €100, otherwise €20 flat. Standard delivery: 5 to 7 business days.

United Kingdom. Free standard shipping for orders over €100. Standard delivery: 7 to 10 business days.

United States. Free standard shipping for orders over €150. Standard delivery: 10 to 14 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the day after dispatch. Customs handling for shipments outside the EU may add time. We do not control postal carrier delays.

Order processing

Orders received on a business day before 14:00 CET are typically dispatched the same or next business day from our studio in Vienna. Orders received on weekends or Austrian public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Risk of loss

For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person designated by you, receive the goods. This does not apply if you choose a carrier that was not offered by us.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@christiane.co with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
