Right of withdrawal

Last updated: May 2026

Your 14 day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement (for example by email or letter) that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

Contact for withdrawal:

Christiane’s Naturkraft FlexCo
Stumpergasse 7/2/2
1060 Vienna
Austria
Email: support@christiane.co

You may use the model withdrawal form provided at /legal/withdrawal-form, but this is not required. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your withdrawal notice before the 14 day period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise. No fees are charged for the refund.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Returning the goods

You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless we expressly agree otherwise or unless the goods are defective.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods that results from handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

When this right does not apply

The right of withdrawal does not apply, or may expire, in particular for:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, once the seal has been removed after delivery.
  • Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.

Where one of these exceptions applies to a specific product, it is communicated on the product page or in the order confirmation. Your statutory warranty rights for defective goods are not affected.
