How do I track my order?+
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the package leaves our logistics partner.
Can I update my shipping address?+
Contact our team at support@christiane.co before the package ships. We’ll adjust the address if the order is still pending.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, SEPA Direct Debit, and Bankomatkarte. The exact options shown at checkout can vary slightly depending on your country and order value.
Products & Storage
How should I store the products?+
Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 30 days.
Are the products suitable for children?+
Our Elderberry Syrup for Kids is designed for children aged 3+. Please follow the dosage instructions on the packaging.
Shipping & Returns
How long does delivery take?+
Austria standard: 3 to 5 business days (free over €30). EU: 5 to 7 business days (free over €100, otherwise €20 flat). UK: 7 to 10 business days (free over €100). US: 10 to 14 business days (free over €150).
Is shipping free?+
Standard shipping within Austria is free for orders over €30. For EU, UK, and US orders, free shipping is available once your order exceeds the threshold (€100 EU/UK, €150 US).
Can I return products?+
Yes, within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at support@christiane.co to arrange the return.
