Orders
How do I track my order?+
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the package leaves our logistics partner.
Can I update my shipping address?+
Contact our team at support@christiane.co before the package ships. We’ll adjust the address if the order is still pending.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, SEPA Direct Debit, and Bankomatkarte. The exact options shown at checkout can vary slightly depending on your country and order value.
Products & Storage
How should I store the products?+
Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 30 days.
Are the products suitable for children?+
Our Elderberry Syrup for Kids is designed for children aged 3+. Please follow the dosage instructions on the packaging.
Shipping & Returns
How long does delivery take?+
Austria: 3 to 5 business days (free from €30, otherwise €10 flat). EU: 5 to 7 business days (free from €100, otherwise €20 flat). Rest of Europe such as the UK, Switzerland or Norway: 7 to 10 business days (weight based, free from €150). USA: delivered by FedEx with tracking, without a promised delivery time (weight based from €57, free from €500). Worldwide: 10 to 20 business days (weight based, free from €250 to €500 depending on region).
Is shipping free?+
Standard shipping within Austria is free for orders from €30, otherwise €10 flat. Within the EU it is free from €100, otherwise €20 flat. For the rest of Europe it is free from €150, and for worldwide deliveries free from €250 to €500 depending on the region. Below these amounts, shipping to the rest of Europe and worldwide is calculated by weight at checkout. Shipping to the USA is free from €500. Below that, it is charged by weight from €57, and you’ll see the exact rate at checkout. Shipping costs to the USA have risen sharply because of tariffs, which is why free shipping there starts at €500.
Are there customs charges on international orders?+
For deliveries outside the EU, import duties such as customs and import VAT may apply in the destination country. These are not included in the price and are paid by the recipient. The USA and the UK are the exception: for deliveries there, we calculate duties and import taxes at checkout. You pay them with your order, and there is nothing more to pay on delivery.
Can I return products?+
Yes, within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at support@christiane.co to arrange the return.
