The Story

Sirup Klassik is inspired by a family recipe Christiane Rauch began making in 1968 for friends and family. The current product is simmered slowly with high-quality organic raw cane sugar, Cassia cinnamon, and whole cloves.

No honey, no refined syrups, no shortcuts. Elderberries are sourced from Austrian growing regions and harvested at optimal ripeness. The syrup is shelf-stable until you open it; once opened, refrigerate and use within four weeks.

Rituals

1 tablespoon (15 ml) per day, taken pure or stirred into water, tea, or yoghurt. During cold months, double the dose for up to two weeks.

Morning routine

A simple way to weave a spoon of elderberry into your first warm drink of the day.

Pour a cup of warm water, herbal tea, or hot lemon water as your first drink of the morning.

Stir in one tablespoon of Elderberry Sirup Klassik, or a teaspoon of Elderberry Essenz if you prefer no added sugar.

Pause for a moment to notice the aroma before drinking. This small ritual anchors the rest of the morning.

Use food-safe utensils and store the bottle as printed on the label. Let very hot drinks cool slightly before stirring in the syrup so the aroma stays intact.

For children aged 3 and up we recommend the milder Kinder Sirup. Sirup Klassik is formulated for adults.
