Refund Policy

Overview
This Refund Policy summarizes how refunds work for orders placed with Christiane’s Naturkraft FlexCo. Our full Terms & Conditions, including the binding language, are available at /legal/terms.
Statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 day period starts on the day you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement by email to support@christiane.co. You may also use the model withdrawal form available at /legal/withdrawal-form, but this is not required.
Refund timing and method
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.
Refunds are issued via the same payment method you used for the original order, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you. No fees are charged for the refund itself.
Returning the goods
Send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless we expressly agree otherwise or unless the goods are defective.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods that results from handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
In line with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply, or may expire, in the following cases:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, once the seal has been removed after delivery.
- Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
Whether a specific product falls under one of these exceptions is decided on a per product basis and is communicated where applicable. Your statutory warranty rights for defective goods are not affected.
Defective goods (statutory warranty)
If a product is defective, please contact us at support@christiane.co with a short description of the issue. Statutory warranty rights apply and are not limited by this contact request.
